1. Booking and Cancellations

We value your time as well as our specialists’ time. Please note the following regarding appointments:

• Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide adequate notice or failing to show up to your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary intake forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next client.

2. Medical Disclaimers and Suitability

• Results May Vary: Skin care, laser treatments, and body contouring results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Honesty in Disclosure: It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent sun exposure prior to any treatment. New Skin Laser Studio is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate medical information.
• Not Medical Advice: Information provided on this website or during consultations does not constitute medical advice. If you have severe dermatological or health issues, please consult a physician.

3. Payments, Packages and Refunds

• No Refunds on Services: Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all rendered services and package purchases are strictly non-refundable.
• Prepaid Packages: Treatment packages must be used within the specified timeframe (if applicable) and are non-transferable to other individuals.
• Product Returns: Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for clinic credit.

4. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign a consent form prior to any treatment being performed.

5. Modifications

New Skin Laser Studio reserves the right to modify these terms, our services, or pricing at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
